The hotel is located in a convenient spot near Tuggeranong Shopping Centre and clubs, away from the kitchen and reception area. The rooms were warm and inviting, despite being set in a noisier location. However, my stay was not as pleasant due to uncomfortable furniture and outdated bathroom facilities.

I stayed at this hotel about 2 weeks ago, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The location is convenient with a mall nearby, but the noise level could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. The service was friendly, even though there were some distractions with staff texting. The dining was impressive with a delicious buffet breakfast, but the room I was in had issues with a leaking air conditioner that affected my stay.
